By using this website or engaging our process serving services, you agree to the following terms.

Services. Process Server Mississippi provides process serving, skip tracing, and related legal support services in Mississippi. All services are provided on a best-efforts basis in compliance with applicable Mississippi law.

Payment. Payment is due upon completion of service unless a written credit arrangement has been established. Rush service fees are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred.

Accuracy of information. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the party to be served and the documents to be delivered. We are not liable for failed service resulting from incorrect addresses or inaccurate identifying information provided by you.

Limitation of liability. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages including missed court deadlines resulting from service failure.
